Your Vacant Property is Maintained & Monitored by us so that you are at Peace that the property is not deteriorating and is not encroached upon.

If the property is rented - then on behalf of the Owner, we liaise with the tenants for solving problem(s) so that their stay is comfortable We also track renewals, documentation and timely receipt of rental payments. We also visit & inspect the property at regular intervals. 

Research shows that Loneliness often leads to early onset of progressive diseases like Diabetes, Hypertension and Dementia.  

We assist and handhold the Super Seniors living alone. We monitor their wellbeing, help them with their household chores and outside errands. 

We ensure that their inability and /or the fear of using an APP does not hinder their day-to-day life and peace. We try and pitch in whenever possible to fill the void created by the absence of their loved ones.
